Having graduated from Western University with a degree in Biology, and trained in martial arts, she brings diverse knowledge to the table when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. From healthy recipes, to workouts plans, to sports specific training, she has a well rounded knowledge in how the body will adapt to diverse changes in activity and diet and how to implement positive changes that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. While pursuing a career in WWE, Bianca continues to find time to motivate and inspire others to live their best lives. Annu Gaidhu is a certified International Yoga Therapist, registered Ayurveda Practitioner, Educator and Speaker from Toronto. She specializes in holistic wellness education and Ayurvedic lifestyle consulting by centering principles of Ayurveda and Yoga into a modern-day practice suitable for communities of all ages, abilities and body types. Annu has international practice and training experience with Ayurveda Doctors in Canada, MDs in the USA and Indigenous farmers in India. She has led professional IAYT, YA certified programs, teaching Diet and Herbs, Aromatherapy, Panchakarma, Yoga and Meditation
An experienced Child and Youth Worker, Annu holds a Master's and undergraduate Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care from Ryerson University. In 2015, she joined her love of child welfare and activism, establishing a non-profit organization, The Healing Hearts Project Poverty Relief Initiative to address the prevalence of poverty and food insecurity within Refugee and Disabled communities. She is best known for her principal role in the 2016 documentary feature, Finding Spirit. An official selection at the Canadian Diversity Film Festival, Love International Film Festival and winner of Accolade Global Film Competition. When she isn’t teaching, Annu integrates consciousness health-based health protocols for her clients while leading workshops and speaking at youth conferences on health, wellness and healing.
